Rajneesh is also a Fellow member of Insurance Institute of India and has also passed the PMP exam from Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. Rajneesh has travelled extensively to countries like the US, China and Europe for work and is experienced in all aspects of insurance business, operations, and IT systems. Shrirang has worked in senior leadership roles in the General Insurance Industry, both in public and private sectors, in India and abroad. Shrirang has worked in Travelers Companies Inc. USA and was the Country Head & Chief Representative – India, He was also Lloyds’ General Representative for India and Regional Director, South Asia, Middle East and Africa in his previous role. He has been privy to the transition of this industry from public to private sector in the country and was with the US multinational P&C company, Chubb, for 8 years where he helped set up their joint venture in India. Shrirang was the Managing Director and CEO of the J V for 5 years. He commenced his insurance career in 1979 and spent his initial years in Indian Insurance Industry followed by field postings in Sydney and London. Shrirang is a Fellow of Indian Insurance Institute, a Chartered Insurer (FCII), UK and a CPCU from The Institutes, US.

Mr. G. Srinivasan, with a distinguished 40-year career in the General Insurance Industry, has excelled in various facets of the sector across India and abroad. As the former Director of the National Insurance Academy for over four years, he provided leadership in enhancing the institution's excellence in Insurance Education, Training, Research, and Consultancy, serving as a Think-tank for policymakers. With 39 years in the Non-life insurance industry, he held prominent positions, including Chairman-Cum-Managing Director of The New India Assurance Co Ltd. and United India Insurance Co. Ltd. Additionally, he served as MD and CEO of New India Assurance Co (Trinidad and Tobago) Ltd. He currently holds Director and Chairman roles on the boards of several companies globally. Notable for his leadership, he chaired the General Insurance Council and General Insurance Public Sector Association (GIPSA), contributing to various committees of IRDAI and IFSCA, Gandhinagar. Mr. Srinivasan, a Commerce Graduate of Madras University and a Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Insurance Institute of India, has been honored with a Fellowship by the Institute of Directors.

Hari is a professional with three decades of experience in the Indian non-life insurance industry. He has worked across various organisations in different capacities and functions including underwriting, risk management, reinsurance, and claims. Hari was a member of Property Underwriter's Forum and Marine Underwriters Forum of General Insurance Council, the industry body of General Insurers in India and has served in different committees on technical subjects constituted by the Council. Hari has presented papers in national and international conferences on underwriting and risk management and participated in the activities of the Insurance Committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Rajni Varia Ex- Managing Director Zep-Re Reinsurance

Rajni Varia began his career with Munich Re in 1976 and after a successful tenure there Varia joined Zep Re in 2003 serving as General Manager and Chief Underwriter. In 2007, he was named Managing Director, a title he held until his retirement in 2016, in that time developing Zep Re from a small, regional unrated reinsurer to an African “lead reinsurer”. He expanded the company’s operation beyond Africa and was actively involved in providing reinsurance recoveries in Nepal immediately after the 2015 earthquake. Rajni Varia has received numerous accolades including a fellowship from the West African Insurance Institute in 2017, the Pride of India Leadership Award from the NRI Institute in 2011 and the African Insurance Organization’s Insurance Hall of Fame award in 2017.
