Should be proficient in content preparation and writing training manuals. • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Good facilitation skills and ability to effectively manage and handle large training teams • Ability to operate online meeting platforms like Zoom etc. • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications • Strong analytical skills, be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements. • Ability to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities and conditions. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
